Discovery – Gaining a deep understanding of your organization and culture, as well as your IT operational needs is very important to our mutual success.  

vCIO – Our virtual Chief Information Officer role will use the information we gained in discovery to develop a plan centered around your needs and our proven approach to IT. We plan short term, mid-term, and long term with business needs, technology best practices and budget in mind.  

Project Services - runbizTM offers a dedicated team of engineers and project managers to deliver all of your project-based needs. This begins with deploying all the necessary tools to support you, which includes management agents, firewalls, standardizing server configurations, deploying backup solutions and implementing security solutions. After this onboarding process, Project Services will continue to deliver periodic services such as hardware replenishment, server operating system upgrades, or business driven system initiatives.  

Network Operations Center (NOC) - Our NOC staff provides 24/7/365 oversight of your network to ensure that every computer is on-line, backed up, up-to-date and secure. When monitoring alerts us of an issue or failure, our system automatically initiates workflow procedures for Support Services.  

Support Services – When support is needed, your users can call, email or chat to speak with our live Service Coordinators. These are knowledgeable, technical resources who work to determine the root of your problem.  They ensure that you get to the correct resource, avoiding the wasted time and middle men of an outdated Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 approach.  

IT Management Systems – Our fully integrated management systems “close the loop” between your operational teams and business managers. We offer all clients access to our management portal so you can oversee all requests and activity for your account. This process is highly customizable, enabling us to design an appropriate interaction tailored to the way you run your business.
